— 1,5 стол. ложки соли или на Ваш вкус
Так же Вам потребуется градусник для определения температуры молока.
Приготовление домашнего сыра в мультиварке:
Мультиварка Мулинекс, но готовить можно в любой, т.к. не нужны специальные функции.
Молоко 3 литра нагрела в мультиварке до 40о (если выше, то фермент заварится), выключила. Так же можно использовать режим “Подогрев”, если его температура не превышает 40о .
Нужное количество фермента растворила в 3-4 стол. ложки кипячёной тёплой воды и добавила в молоко, помешивала 2-3 минуты без перерыва, для полного распределения по объёму молока.
Закрыла мультиварку и оставила на час, можно полтора.
Получилось нежное желе,режем его прямо в чаше как можно мельче. Можно подсолить по вкусу.
Закрываем мультиварку, включаем режим “подогрев” часа на 2-3 ( до полного отделения сыворотки).
Готовый сыр откидываем на марлю, потом в чашку, добавляем специи по вкусу, перемешиваем быстро, сливаем остатки сыворотки, придаём форму, немного охладить.
Домашний сыр в мультиварке готов. Если поместить под пресс и в холодильник, то со временем получится твёрдый сыр с дырочками.
